If you notice a black screen on your display instead of the scheduled visuals, you can check the following important points for the proper functioning of the software.
Sometimes, restarting the TV or the device can resolve superficial issues.
Some TVs have an Energy Saving mode or a Standby mode that turns off or puts the TV on standby after a given period. These modes must be disabled.
It is possible that on the E-MANAGER back-office, no programming has been defined for a screen (e.g. no poster currently running). This will result in a black screen. Please make sure the screen contains a scheduled scenario (image/video or other).
The screen must be connected to the internet in order to download new visuals.
