If your EMITY player is eligible for a replacement, you can return the defective player to us, and we will send you a replacement player as soon as possible. The shipping costs for returning the EMITY media players are your responsibility, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement player.
Be sure to contact our support team first. You might receive a replacement part, such as a defective SD card or a new power cord, which could be less expensive and faster than returning the player.
